KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively think, identify and develop opportunities for xLabs, with special focus on “x Labs Value Services” in prioritized Virtusa accounts and new Clients on an ongoing basis
  • Sell the entire X Labs product catalogue 
  • Grow target accounts through value-led relationships 
  • Expand x Labs positioning in the marketplace by helping identify new offerings and market trends
  • Win new target accounts through value-led sales interaction 
  • Develop “x Labs” value services by leading the charge on sales strategy, product/market fit and execution.

KEY SKILLS

  • Extensive client digital transformation experience. Minimum 8-10 years commercial experience, ideally but not mandatory from a top tier consulting or industry relevant firm.
  • Experienced in applying cutting edge digital technologies to drive integrated solutions to business problems.
  • High technical/creative knowledge in one-two core areas like AI, Blockchain, Design thinking or API platforms.
  • Thought Leadership/ Offering development – Known and respected leader in his/her space as demonstrated through affiliations & differentiated POV’s in expertise area
  • Practice Building- Has the experience of building and scaling businesses and growing teams.
  • Experience in Banking and Capital markets, Life Sciences and Insurance Industries preferred.

 ADDITIONAL INFO

  • University degree 2.1 or above, MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Compensation includes very competitive salary commensurate with experience and highly attractive incentive based performance bonus
