HR Compliance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities\:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Training and Development Leader to ensure compliance on Security First, Code of Conduct and Harassment Training.
  • Complete ongoing risk assessments and due diligence processes
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Global Human Resources Operations team to review Background Check Process
  • Conduct employee investigations
  • Support business with RFP and account requests
  • Implement regional compliance policies and procedural frameworks
  • Conduct compliance training if required.
  • Maintain an environment that is in compliance with all State & Federal Laws and Regulations
  • Participate in company and account audits
  • Ensure that all regional policies are up-to-date and posted on the policy portal for all to access
  • Collaborate with IT Security Team on employee and account reviews
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and employment laws
  • Work in collaboration with internal partners such as Legal, Finance, IT and other groups as needed
  • Work on special HR Projects across the region as required
