Detailed Job Description (Roles Activities to be performed by the individual)\: 65533 Provide L1, L2, L3 support which may involve out of office hours support and on call support resolve Production issues and identify root cause for permanent fixes
Conduct the recovery and tuning of the Hadoop infrastructure for critical banking services including participation in a 24 x 7 recovery oncall Rota as the primary Big data specialist
Assist with the installation, maintenance, deployments and/or upgrade of the bank65533s Hadoop components, related thirdparty software and applications across all platforms
Ensure the resolution of root cause of component problems and fix permanently to avoid recurrence assist with the installation, maintenance, deployments and/or upgrade of the bank65533s Hadoop components, related thirdparty software and applications across all platforms
Work with Supplier partner resources to build and implement the solution in compliant to Technology standards and requirements
Willing to work on support 24x7 oncall Rotation to cover UK hours.
Person Specification\:

a) Experience\: Essential\: Total IT \: 5 to 8 years
Relevant Operations / Production Support experience 65533 3 to 5 years

Desirable\:
ITIL Certified in Service Operations
Hadoop certification (Developer or Admin)
b) Qualification\: Essential\: B.Tech , B.E , MCA


c) Technical Competence\: Essential\:
Thorough with the Hadoop Architecture and having good awareness on the different Hadoop Toolsets experience on Hive, Spark, Oozie and Cloudera Hue and Java/Python 65533 Hadoop Integration
Strong hands on experience on Unix/Linux shell scripting around 5 to 8 years of experience in a Support projects skills with at least one Configuration management tools (SVN, GitHub
