JOB DESCRIPTION

Role / Tier: Consultant

 

Key responsibility:

  • Responsible in working with client partners and delivery leaders closely on MPW reconciliations , Top down and bottom up forecasting process
  • Responsible in liaising with finance, PMO and collections team to track and report various revenue and operational metrics
  • Responsible in monitoring, reviewing, analyzing and reporting Pipeline revenue and backlog revenue using RFS and SFDC forecasting sstems
  • Daily ,Weekly ,Monthly standard management reporting to HLS senior management on revenue , Pipeline , and other forecasting related metrics
  • Producing Flash reports and potential revenue risk and upside analysis
  • Collaborating with PMO , Finance , Delivery , EAG teams on issue resolutions impacting SBU
  • Adhoc Management reporting
  • Producing reporting dashboards , Operational dashboard presentations
  • Tracking Sales opportunities thru the entire sales cycle thru various sales stages, from the inception of the opportunity to finally Contract signing ,invoicing and collections
  • Working closely with wider HLS operations team to maintain consistent operations workflow
